1. Owing to the adopted structure with different length of the two tubes exists a time difference of the material flows in the two tubes during the mixer running, hence the mixing efficiency is improved and the optimal mixing regularity is achieved.

2. The contacting positions with the material inside the tube are all designed to be arc like transition without any dead angle. Therefore it’s convenient to clean it thoroughly. On the basic of this feature the crossing pollution among the medicaments can be avoided and the machine is especially suitable for pharmacy factory.

3. The parts that contact the material are all and singular made from high grade stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) in order to keep the purity of the mixed materials with diverse features.

4. The machine is equipped with vacuum suction adapter and material suction adapter for purpose to feeding material automatically (vacuum material suction equipment is stocked for option by customer).

5. The machine is equipped with automatically timing equipment. User can set time for mixer running according to diverse mixing time requirements to switch off the machine automatically in the light of the set time.
